Lakes Region Environmental Contractors was originally founded by John Paradise and Roy Creley in 1992, the company was later incorporated in April 1993. John and Roy began building a petroleum tank and pump business, which includes tank installation and removals of underground storage tanks and aboveground storage tanks. They gained a reputation of doing high quality work at competitive prices. In 1992, they did their first airport installation which included Jet-A and Avgas. Since that time Lakes Region Environmental has grown to be the company of choice for many airports in new installations, retrofits, and service. LRE does more than just aviation fuel farms. LRE also does tank installations projects for chemical storage facilities. These installations have included such things as multiple-tank chemical farms and the assoicated pumping systems.
